During 1999
Ms. Ginn served as Executive Director for the Northwest Chapter of this bi-national
organization with over 1,000 company and individual members across the two
countries. She also served as Fiscal Agent
for Washington Governor Gary Locke’s Trade Mission to Mexico and for the
World Trade Organization (WTO) Ministerial
Americas’ Day Event.
