Summary:
Ms. Ginn has over 20 years of professional experience in engineering
consulting, international marketing, and training services. Throughout this
period she has held positions of increasing responsibility in operations,
project management and policy analysis and development. She served for
eight years on a U.S. national-level policy formulation committee reporting to
five different Secretaries of the U.S. Department of Commerce. She is
a former Fellow of the Institute for Resource Management, a program funded
by Robert Redford in Washington and Idaho. She has over 20
publications in
various press and academic journals and policy reports. She currently
serves on several international
Boards of
Directors for both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
She holds a
Master’s in Regional Planning (M.R.P.) degree from the Environmental Science
department at Washington State University and a certificate in
Applied
Information Technology (A.I.T.) from the
Information Technology
Institute.
